  • Abitur in Offenburg, followed by training as an editor

  • Editor at "Burda Moden" 

  • Subsequently freelance author with numerous publications

  • Training in ceramics, modelling

  • Much self-taught, supported by teachers such as Alicia Cabrera, Jerome Francis Gay, Willem Sneijers and Fernando dos Santos Rodrigues. In the latter's case, a three-year apprenticeship at the Escola de Artesanato in Lagoa

  • To ceramics also came the joy of painting. Lessons with Claude Bernier, Willem Sneijers and Claudia Göbel
